This was a wedding for the books here at Lovegood! The moment Amanda's mom reached out to us, we knew this family was cut from the same cloth as Lovegood. We adore when our brides and couples want to think outside of the box. This Austin based couple that came back to Amanda's hometown were up for new ideas and concepts.

Favorite Memories of the Day from CHARLES | Well, planning a wedding with a baby is probably a bit harder :). It was amazing, and worth it to wait for Oliver to be here. He watched the entire ceremony. Our six month old was mesmerized and stared at Amanda and I throughout the entirety of our vows. Knowing he was a part of the wedding and got to witness it all still sends shivers down my spine.
Advice for Brides Planning Now :
From AMANDA | It flies by so quickly so try to take time and enjoy the day and the party. Don't get carried away with entertaining others or any details and just have some fun!
From CHARLES | As the groom you are often not in the driver seat when it comes to wedding planning, but make sure to make part of the wedding your own. Let your personality shine through and everyone will have more fun. For me it was making our website, writing my vows, writing a poem to be read during the ceremony about family and space, singing a song with Amanda we wrote together, and sending emails to guests which included statistics about our "data wedding". And whatever you do, don't be nerdy.
